Topical: add a few drops to a carrier oil to dilute and rub on skin. You can also add a few drops to the lotion or body cream of your choice.

Aromatic: add a few drops to the diffuser of your choice, add a few drops to a small spray bottle of water to make a room spray or add a few drops to your bath water. You can also dilute a few drops with a carrier oil and rub it in the palm of your hand. Cup your hand around your nose and inhale deeply as many times as needed.
